About
Fig.19 is an architecture and design practice shaping space through narrative, pattern, inquiry, and a deep connection to people and place.
Our work is rooted in inquiry, shaped by context, and designed to create positive connections between people and place.

"Rooted in curiosity, collaboration, and care. We bring together narrative design, pattern exploration, research-informed thinking, and a holistic understanding of architecture, interiors, planning, and human experience to create work that is thoughtful, meaningful, and deeply responsive to each client’s vision."

Advocates for the Environment
Sustainability is integral to our work because better buildings should support both people and the planet. We approach each project holistically, considering health, performance, resilience, energy use, materials, operations, and the experience of the people who occupy the space.
Sustainability is not a checklist. It is part of our human experience design approach and balancing ambition with practicality to create spaces that feel good to use, perform well over time, and support healthier, more responsible ways of living.
A culture of social responsibility
We believe being part of the community means showing up beyond the work itself. We volunteer, serve on boards, and stay engaged with the people, organizations, and places that shape our clients’ worlds. This involvement helps us listen more closely, understand needs more deeply, and design with a stronger sense of connection, responsibility, and purpose.
Creativity without limits
We approach each project with curiosity, openness, and the willingness to explore beyond the expected. At Fig.19, we use narrative, pattern, research, and human experience as tools for discovery, allowing ideas to evolve freely before becoming clear, purposeful design. This way of working helps us uncover possibilities, challenge assumptions, and create spaces that feel original, responsive, and deeply connected to people and place.
