Privacy Policy

Fig. 19 Last updated: June 30, 2026

1. Introduction

Fig. 19 ("we," "us," "our," or "the firm") is an architecture firm committed to protecting the privacy of our clients, website visitors, and project contacts. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the steps we take to protect it.

By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to the terms described below.

2. Information We Collect

We may collect the following types of information:

  • Contact information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, phone number, and mailing address (for example, when you reach out through a contact form or inquiry).
  • Project information related to engagements we undertake on your behalf, including design materials, photographs, and site details.
  • Website usage data, such as general analytics about how visitors interact with our site (e.g., pages viewed, time on site), collected through standard tools like cookies or analytics software.

We do not collect sensitive personal information (such as financial account numbers or government identification numbers) unless specifically required for a contractual purpose, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.

3. How We Use Information

Information we collect is used only to:

  • Communicate with you regarding inquiries, proposals, and ongoing projects
  • Deliver our architectural design and consulting services
  • Maintain internal project records
  • Improve our website and services
  • Showcase completed work in our portfolio, subject to the protections outlined in Section 5

4. We Do Not Share Your Information

Fig. 19 does not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise share personal information or client data with third parties. Information you provide to us is used solely for the purposes described in this policy and is not disclosed outside the firm, except:

  • Where required by law, subpoena, or legal process
  • Where necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Fig. 19, our clients, or others

5. Displaying Our Work

As an architecture firm, we showcase completed projects on our website and in other promotional materials. When we do so, we take the following precautions to protect client privacy:

  • Client names are not disclosed. Projects are presented without identifying the client by name.
  • Identifying imagery is avoided. We make every reasonable effort to exclude photographs or images that would identify the people who live in, work in, or own a featured property.
  • Addresses are limited to city and state. We do not publish full or specific addresses for any project; location references are limited to the general city and state.

If you are a client and have additional concerns about how your project may be featured, please contact us directly so we can discuss your preferences.

6. Data Security

We take reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures to protect the information in our care from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. While no method of storage or transmission is completely secure, we are committed to safeguarding your information to the best of our ability.

7. Data Retention

We retain project and contact information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, to meet our contractual and legal obligations, or to maintain accurate business records.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will indicate the most recent revision.
