This new traditional gambrel-style residence draws on the enduring vocabulary of Maine coastal architecture, with particular inspiration from John Calvin Stevens and the shingle-style traditions he helped define.

Designed for clients who placed great value on symmetry, the house presents a balanced, composed façade where rooflines, window placement, and architectural details work together with quiet precision.

The result is a traditional home with modern amenities, a new build that feels rooted in Maine's architectural heritage while offering the clarity, comfort, and craftsmanship of a contemporary family home.
